Introduction
Welcome to Framvo ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Framvo application and services.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
- Account information (email address, username, display name)
- Profile information (bio and profile pictures); optional account country is private and used for account administration
- Authentication data when using Google Sign-In
Usage Information
- Frame creation and usage analytics
- App interaction data
- Device and browser information
- Approximate country estimated from your internet connection to suggest relevant campaigns
Content
- Campaign artwork, preview images and profile images you choose to upload
- Public frame data and analytics
Campaign reporting
To help campaign owners understand activity, we record campaign visits, photo selections, download actions, share actions and action-button clicks. Records include the campaign, selected design, time, a random request identifier and an optional named distribution source such as newsletter. Owners can view summaries and export reports. Actions can repeat and do not identify unique people or prove a social post was published.
Participant photos and personalized names or role text are not included in these reporting records. Personalization is composed on your device. Campaign event records are removed by routine cleanup after 90 days; existing lifetime support totals remain. Connection identifiers used for rate limiting are separate from campaign reports. Infrastructure logs and backups have their own retention policies.
Country privacy and campaign discovery
We do not publish your account country or provide a country-based creator directory. Country is not required when completing your profile. For guests and signed-in users, our hosting provider estimates an approximate country from the connection IP address. We use that estimate during the request to give relevant campaigns a limited boost alongside worldwide content. We do not request GPS access or save these estimates as an account location or a guest location history.
Campaign creators can choose an intended audience of up to three countries, or Worldwide. This describes the campaign audience, not where its creator or supporters live. Campaigns and public links remain accessible across regions. Estimates may be inaccurate when using a VPN or travelling.
You may optionally provide a country during creator setup or profile editing for account administration. It is visible only to you and authorized Framvo administrators, and is not used for recommendations. You can change or clear it through Edit Profile; otherwise it remains until account deletion.
Our infrastructure providers may retain request and security logs under their retention policies. Hashed connection identifiers used for abuse prevention are separate from campaign recommendations. Public content can still be copied or accessed using different connections; regional suggestions do not prevent all scraping.

- Provide and maintain our frame creation services

- Suggest campaigns relevant to your approximate country without exposing your country publicly

Information Sharing
Public campaigns and creator profiles are visible according to the visibility settings available in Framvo. Support counts are shown according to the applicable privacy settings. Here is the information that may appear publicly:

Service Providers
We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2 for uploaded file storage, and ImageKit for delivering and transforming images. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process requests needed to operate Framvo. Google processes information when you choose Google Sign-In. If you enable push notifications in a supported mobile app, we store a device push token associated with your signed-in session. Expo and Google or Apple process the token and a generic alert to deliver the notification. Notification details stay in your Framvo inbox. You can turn push notifications off in the app or your phone settings.
Photos and your local Library
The personal photo you select to compose with a campaign is processed on your device. Finished creations and saved campaign bookmarks in Library are stored in the current browser or app, without account synchronization. Clearing app or browser data removes those local copies. Artwork, preview portraits and profile images you choose to upload as a creator are sent to our online storage.
When you share a completed image, the image and accompanying text are passed to the app you choose. That service handles the shared content according to its own policies.
Blocked creator identifiers, usernames and display names are stored locally on the current browser or device to hide their profiles and campaigns. These preferences are not synchronized to your account or sent to our server. Manage blocks in Library; clearing app or browser data removes them.
Account deletion and retention
You can request account deletion through Settings → Account in the app or website. A 30-day grace period allows you to cancel before deletion is processed. The process removes your authentication account, profile, campaigns and uploaded files. Security, moderation and operational records may be retained where needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. Local Library copies and content saved or shared outside Framvo must be removed separately.
Error Monitoring
When enabled, we use Sentry to help identify and fix technical problems in the website and mobile app. Error reports can include stack traces, browser or operating system details, and the application version. We configure monitoring to limit personal information and remove sensitive request data. We do not use Sentry to record your screen or upload your photos. Sentry processes these technical reports on our behalf.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Your Rights
- Access and review your personal information
- Update or correct your profile data
- Delete your account and associated data
